1.All hotel accommodation is subject to availability and any cancellations must be before 4pm on the day of arrival.

2. All rates are inclusive of VAT. (As of Monday 1st December VAT is 15%)

3. Maximum of one (1) person is allowed per single room, maximum of two (2) people are allowed per double room, maximum of three (3) people are allowed per triple room.

4. In the event of a non-arrival or cancellation after 4pm, a full charge of your 1st night stay will apply.

5. The hotel cannot guarantee actual room booked and has the right to amend details of the room and rate at its discretion.

6. The client must understand, without exception, the hotel's absolute right to refuse accommodation or any other services to person(s) who, in the sole discretion of the hotel, may act in such a way as to interrupt the smooth running of the hotel.

7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance to the Northern Ireland Law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

8. Guests who wish to pay by cash on arrival must produce valid identification.
